Terms of service

The service

Fitt Reply replies automatically to comments and messages on Instagram professional accounts you own or manage, using Instagram's official API. Instagram decides what its API allows; we can't promise any feature stays available, and some features need Meta's approval before they work for every follower.

Your account

• Connect only Instagram accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
• Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including your teammates' actions.
• You can disconnect an account or delete your workspace at any time in Settings.

Acceptable use

You must not use Fitt Reply to:

• send spam, or unsolicited or bulk messages;
• deceive people or impersonate anyone;
• break Meta's Platform Terms or Instagram's Community Guidelines;
• collect data people didn't agree to give, or use it for anything they weren't told about;
• break the law, including consumer protection and data protection law.

We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these rules, and we'll tell its owner why.

Your content and your contacts

You own the messages you write and the data of your contacts. You give us permission to process them only to run the service. For your contacts' data we act on your instructions, as described in our privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without a guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
